At MOTRIDZZ, we aim to deliver high-quality motorcycle gear holders and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Customized or special-order items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@motridzz.com
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will guide you with return instructions

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the product:
- Refund will be approved if it meets return conditions
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method

5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (unless product is defective)

6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos as proof
- We will provide replacement or full refund

If you haven’t received your refund:

- If still not received, contact us
